The platform seeks to simplify the adoption of the hybrid cloud for businesses without compromising speed, scale and efficiency.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) have unveiled a hybrid cloud platform for businesses called Composable Cloud. With this launch, HPE seeks to ease the transition to the hybrid cloud for businesses without the need to affect key parameters like speed, scale and efficiency.
According to HPE, enterprises need a platform that can integrate hardware, software and public cloud together to store and orchestrate applications. They say that these platforms also need to integrate AI, ML and multi-cloud services to boost the overall performance of the applications.
By launching Composable Cloud, HPE say that they will be simplifying hybrid cloud adoption for enterprises without compromising on speed, scale, time and efficiency. They also say that this platform will allow enterprises to integrate systems and assets that can overhaul the enterprise’s IT architecture.
HPE say that the Composable Cloud platform will include some of their innovative cloud advancements, such as InfoSight AI that can predict and prevent cyber threats before they can impact a business. They also claim that this platform will focus on continuous learning and analysing data to make systems smarter and reliable over time.
Phil Davis, President of Hybrid IT at Hewlett Packard Enterprise believes that by building on their composable category, enterprises will be provided with a wide range of hybrid cloud solutions in the form of HPE Composable Cloud for ProLiant DL and HPE Composable Cloud for Synergy. He further added that with the new platform, enterprises will be able to manage, provision and deliver workloads and apps instantly.
In closing, Hewlett Packard Enterprise said that the platform will also integrate container-as-a-service along with bare metal-as-a-service capabilities. It will be interesting to see how HPE makes the most of the launch of the Composable Cloud platform, following their alliance with C3 to boost their IoT prowess across global markets.
